TRENDING NOW: Maxi Dress Style

And it’s time to say, “welcome back” to the maxi dress style! It’s been a minute since the maxi has had her moment and we are here for it. To put it simply, yay for longer hemlines! From ankle to floor length hems, the return of the maxi dress feels fresh, practical and absolutely perfect for the spring and summer days we have ahead of us! As we welcome back this trend, we feel that it is only appropriate for us to share our maxi dress favorites and how we would approach styling them!

I love that this dress can be worn with my western bootie and a denim jacket to wear to work (our fashion based line of work!) But I will wear this in the summer with my super easy nude sandals and a straw crossbody.  I might do my own alterations and make it ankle length vs. allowing it to be so long. The versatility of a maxi dress makes me HAPPY!

Loving the silk prints…feels like it’s my style but cranking it up a notch and pushing me out of my own comfort zone…which I love! I’m going higher fashion by tying the scarf in my hair, wearing the look with a belt purse, and topping it off with a white mule. Very 70s boho chic.

As much as I love bold color, I also love those pretty neutrals. Without question, the head to toe neutrals trend is really speaking to me this season! This easy cotton maxi dress by Rachel Pally makes the perfect spring/summer essential. You can dress it up or down. With being early spring, this neutral color block, leather jacket is most definitely what I would grab to give me structure through the waist. To top it off, acrylic hoop earrings, a transparent top handle bag and a dusty rose sandal. I think I’m ready for brunch al fresco!
