Client Testimonial: Q&A w/Jessica

A style story.

Starting your style journey goes beyond what it can do for your wardrobe.

When you invite us into your closets, you’re also inviting us into your lives to uplift your everyday experience (and we’re so grateful to be a part of that positive impact!!).

Recently, we chatted with one of our many lovely clients, Jessica, on the one-year anniversary of the start of her time working with Wardrobe Therapy… which all began with a gift card last holiday season!

Today, we’re sharing her story in her words – read on for the Q&A.

Q: Tell us about yourself.

A: Hi, my name is Jessica Kile! I’m from rural Ohio, so I live out in the country. I’m a dentist. I get to go to a lot of meetings. I get to do a lot of fun things with other dentists, but I also have three kids. I’m running to ball games & I have to be in mom mode.

Q: How did your journey with Wardrobe Therapy begin?

A: So, my journey with Wardrobe Therapy started about a year ago. My husband got me a gift card for Christmas. I was not expecting it, but I knew I needed a little help feeling confident in the clothes that I already had & styling the pieces together!

Q: How has having a stylist made your life easier?

A: When I used to have to get ready to go to a meeting, I would come into my closet the night before and I would basically just turn in circles and be like, “what am I gonna wear?” “Have I worn this before?” I never had any new ideas.

After working with Britt and Whit, now I have a whole rolodex of outfits that we’ve styled together so I know they’re going to look good. I look through basically all of those photos and then I’m like, “ah, that looks like it’s going to be perfect for tomorrow!” So, I don’t even have to think about what I’m wearing anymore. I just go through and select what I want.

Q: What is your favorite thing about working with Wardrobe Therapy?

A: Working with Wardrobe Therapy has been amazing for me because I am really busy. I have a lot of things that I’m handling every day, and I don’t have time to figure out what I’m going to wear.

Working with Wardrobe Therapy just makes me feel confident in the outfits that I have. I know what I have in my closet, and I know how to style them now.

Q: What would you tell someone considering starting their Wardrobe Therapy journey?

A: If I was talking to someone for the first time that was just considering getting started with Wardrobe Therapy, I would tell them to just try it out!

I didn’t know what it was going to be like; I didn’t know what to expect, but everyone has been so professional.

Everyone has been so wonderful – helping me look through my closet, using what I already have, but then helping me find some pieces that I was missing.

It has just been a great journey for me to feel confident in the clothes that I wear now!
