THIS OR THAT: NEUTRAL OR COLOR

Like everything else that is trending this season.. color is in the same category of two very contrasting extremes! Black is the NEW black… and BOLD COLOR is EVERYWHERE. Which to choose? Why not experiment with both? We love styling black in some of the various Fall trends that we are coveting for the season.. knit pants, sweaters, details & cutout tops and leather. But for color, we love a monochromatic look from head to toe, or try just a small pop of color. A few colors to notice, Kelly Green, Bold Blue, Reds Galore and the beautiful jewel tones!

THIS: Black is the new black! And coming from a neutral group (where we love blushes/ivorys/nudes) we think it’s important to notice! This sweater dress is great for the lady heading into the office, but able to keep it a bit more casual as well.

THAT: Lafayette 148 took the color card and ran with it!! And we ADORE the colors they chose! This Kelly Green blazer is so chic worn monochromatic.. or make it pop with a leather pant! So chic!

THIS: Sweater weather is here and we love that black is the go-to neutral for the season.  This is a versatile sweater that you can dress up with your dark skinnies and black boots, or worn more cosy for a night in by the fire.

THAT: A burst of color is always a fun way to express some excitement in your look.  A bootie in a bold color is a fun way to do that.

THIS: Everyone women needs a dressy black top, but that doesn’t mean it has to be boring. This lace sleeve number has such pretty details and would be perfect for up-coming holiday parties and events.

THAT: The puff sleeve trend is still going strong.  This open neckline takes away from the added bulk at the shoulders, making it flattering for most body shapes.
