We’ve all been there: the trip you’ve had on your calendar for months is tomorrow.
You’ve been tallying off the days until take off, day dreaming about lounging by crystal clear waters, moonlit dinners, & hiking all the scenic spots.
Then, suddenly, it’s the night before and you’re standing in front of your closet with a suitcase that won’t close full of clothes you’re not even sure you’ll wear.
All that joy for the trip is replaced by stress and dread about making sure you have the right pieces. You want to feel just as excited about what you’re wearing as you do for where you’re going. That’s where we come into play.
Have Stylist, Will Travel
Wardrobe Therapy’s Travel Packing service brings one of our lovely stylists to your home before your trip to strategically plan, outfit, & pack on your behalf.
Whether you’re already a client or you’re working with us for the first time, this service allows Women & Men to show up to their destinations feeling prepared, looking their best, and stress-free!
Who Is This Service For?
Anyone who has ever packed their bags and wished someone else could just handle it.
But more specifically, this service is a perfect fit for:
🧳 The frequent flyer who’s tired of circulating the same looks every single trip
🧳 The business woman or man who needs to look professional w/o overpacking
🧳 The vacationer who wants to enjoy getting dressed while they’re away
🧳 The carry-on-only traveler who needs to pack light with curated looks
🧳 Anyone new to Wardrobe Therapy who wants to experience what working with a personal stylist feels like (this is a wonderful first step!)
Let’s break it down step-by-step:
1.) The Conversation
Before a single item gets pulled from your closet, your stylist will connect with you to do some “trip intake” & get the full picture of your travels. We’ll take the information we gather to and take all the planning off your plate!
We’ll want to know:
Where are you headed & when?
How many days will you be gone?
Is this a business trip, a vacation, or a little of both?
What’s on the agenda? Dinners out? Beach days? Meetings? Sightseeing?
How much luggage are you bringing?Â
Carry-on only, or are you checking a bag?
Do you need any new pieces for your trip to tag-in beyond your existing wardrobe?
We’ll take these details and formulate a packing plan tailored to your trip!
2.) Pack Less, Wear More
Once your stylist has a clear idea of your your trip, we get to work!
Based on their existing familiarity with your closet for existing clients (or after a wardrobe audit for first-timers), your stylist will begin curating outfits.
These looks will take into account your destination, itinerary, the day-by-day weather forecast, & suitcase space.
Whether you’re working with just a carry-on bag or unlimited luggage, we’ll use the same process.
Rather than defaulting to “pack more, figure it out later,” we take a strategic approach: identifying versatile pieces that can be styled multiple ways across your trip.
Less items in your bag but more outfits to choose from? Yes, please!! It’s all about getting the max mileage out of every piece you pack.
3.) Your On-The-Go Look Book
This is my personal favorite part of our Travel & Outfitting packages!
Before the suitcase is even zipped, you’ll know exactly what you’re wearing & when.
As every outfit is built, your stylist will snap a pic of each look and upload them directly to a digital look book that will live right on your phone.
Your stylists will organize it by occasion, activity, or day, based on your preference. They’ll even include little styling notes!
Instead of pulling out all your clothes in your hotel room, trying to remember what piece goes with what & if the top should be tucked in or not, all you have to do is pull out your phone for reference. Voila!!
