NEW YORK FASHION WEEK: Inspired Looks for Spring 2023

New York Fashion Week for Spring 2023 is finishing. And our team is sharing our favorite shows and trends that popped up on the runways this past week. Many of which are a continuation of ideas that we shared from our Fall 2022 trend book. We love seeing what we should invest in now, so we can wear for Fall and will be relevant for Spring! Enjoy!

ELIZABETH

I loved the Fendi show! It was absolutely beautiful. So many trends that we are loving for Fall carried over into Spring. I love the long blazers, the yummy knit socks and sweaters and the color palette! So stunning.

The oversized blazer and full trouser pant trends continue into Spring and I’m loving what we saw from Brandon Maxwell. The ultra-fem maxis and florals tone down the structure and oversized shape, while the soft pastels also give the jackets and pants and unexpected, yet welcomed aesthetic.

Lots of bright fresh color happening for Spring/Summer ’23. Hues of blue, yellow and purple to name a few. Styled together, but also paired back to many colors that we deem relevant now for F/W ’22. Also, I loved seeing the continuation of the nana knit trend carry over into the next season!

Veronica Beard continually puts out some of my favorite trends and pieces each season and Spring 2023 did not disappoint. The collection overall felt very wearable, yet elevated, with cheery colors, feminine prints and beautiful tailoring.

I really liked the look of the sport coats paired back to shorts from Hermes, so fresh! I also am excited about the pops of lavender from several of the designers; such an unexpected color for men!

WHITNEY

I loved so many of our Fall trends being translated into Spring hues and materials for Spring/summer 23. Oversized blazers and suiting was still a big theme in bright colors and neutrals. Also, I loved seeing strong leather pieces throughout the shows from dresses and skirts to jackets!
