About The Look:

Hat Day is my official start to Spring here in Columbus. With that in mind, I love embracing neutral tones and textures that communicate the very essence of spring.

For this year, I feel inspired by this lovely midi dress that is full of personality.

For some visual interest, I am opting for this leopard fascinator and black roped clutch.

If the day is without rain, I love the idea of this darling mules! But could also opt for a simply flat or even chic rain boots if the day ends up being a rainy one!

About The Look:

For my Hat Day look, I chose to make a statement with Simkhai’s Avril Cotton Bustier maxi dress.

The cotton fabric makes it a perfect choice for an afternoon affair.

I paired it with Lele Sadoughi’s Blush Blair Orchid Headband for those who prefer an alternative to a hat.

It’s a great way to still give that lifted effect with an untraditional flare!

Simple pearl and lucite accessories complete this classic, romantic look.

About The Look:

Hat Day is always a fun opportunity to make a statement.

For this look, I started with the Simkhai Sullivan skirt and paired it with a sheer organza button-down for a light, elevated contrast.

The skirt’s horizontal stripes and fluted hem add movement and visual interest, creating a silhouette that feels both dynamic and refined.

To complete the look, a coordinating clutch and statement shoe.

A satin-trimmed straw fedora adds for an unexpected twist to top it off. If you want to take it one step further you can add a favorite brooch or florals on the hat trim!

Bonus! Styling Tip:

Do a clean tuck all around, push up the sleeves slightly to create shape at the wrist, and unbutton the top 3 buttons to open the neckline.
